  •  What are your hours of operation? top
    Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 5:30pm
    Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

  •  Do I need an appointment to be fitted in pointe shoes? top
    You only need an appointment to be fitted in pointe shoes if:
    -You'd like a fitting by a specific employee
    -You are bringing in multiple girls for a pointe shoe clinic
  •  I need to mail order shoes. How do I do it? top
    1. Stand flat on a piece of paper and trace one of your feet. Then repeat on a new sheet of paper with her other foot.
    2. Write down the following information for us:
      • your age
      • your height and weight
      • your street size
      • ballet slipper style/size/width
      • previous pointe style/size/width
      • how long you've been dancing
      • what kind of padding you'd prefer [what does your teacher recommend/ what do your friends wear]
      • any comments or corrections you may frequently hear from your teacher about your technique
      • your name, address, and day time phone number
      • a method of payment
    3. Mail the information to:

      We then look at the drawings and all your info, and pick out a shoe that will hopefully be right for you. The more information we have the better.

  •  What is your return policy? top

    Call us first or drop a note in the box explaining your exchange or return.

    Exchanges or returns must be unworn and in original condition.

    Your exchange or return must be accompanied by a receipt.

    We can't accept returns after 30 days from receipt date.

    We can't accept returns on Special Orders.

  •  What is a special order (and what's not)? top
    A special order is any item that we don't carry as regular store stock. This includes anything made-to-order (special maker pointe shoes, certain high-end tap shoes, and costumes). If we're out of something we usually have, and need to order it for you – that is NOT a special order. If you're not sure the item you'd like is a special order, please ask us.
  •  I don't see what I'm looking for, can I order it? top
    Absolutely! We deal with most major dance wear manufacturers and several smaller ones. If we don't have it in stock then we can get it if it's in the manufacturer's current catalog. Additionally, many companies often make various items according to the customer's specifications. Please call our toll-free number or send us an email to inquire after that special something.
  •  I don't live in the United States, can I still order from you? top
    Yes! We can ship items almost anywhere by US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. All items shipping outside the US must be insured (which costs a little extra). Please note: all duties and taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
